CALOOCAN CITY, (PIA) --The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) formally installed BGen Ramon Zagala as the commander of the Civil Relations Service AFP (CRSAFP) in a change of command ceremony on October 26 here.
He replaced BGen Arvin Lagamon who assumed as the new Deputy Chief of Staff for Civil-Military Operations, J7, on October 24.
BGen Lagamon received high praises from the presiding officer, Vice Chief of Staff AFP (VCSAFP) LtGen Arthur Cordura, who lauded his accomplishments as an officer and former commander of CRSAFP.
“I commend you for your exceptional job here in ensuring that CRSAFP continues to perform its drive and purpose.
I am confident that your time spent here has equipped you to handle a higher degree of responsibility,” the VCSAFP said.
“On behalf of the AFP, maraming salamat sa iyong tapat na serbisyo bilang pinuno ng CRSAFP,” he added.
