Lord Krishna is the perfect avatar of Lord Vishnu. At the time of his birth itself, he was born with four hands, holding the holy conch and the Sudarshana Chakra in his hands.

He was born in the previous Dwaparayuga, in order to protect the Yadavas and the Pandavas, and to destroy the evil demons like Kansa and Dadivakra.

At his childhood, he won the hearts of the Yadavas and the Gopikas, and he was treated as a divine child by the people in Vrindavan.

Throughout his life he maintained strict discipline, showed kindness on everybody and given respect to even his servants, his relatives and to the Yadavas, and acted as an example for others.

The relationship he maintained with the Gopikas, is that of the relationship between the mother and the child.
